I have no idea but the latest press release from Jesse Benton (Ron Paul's campaign manager) makes it sound like a real possibility. According to the press release, "Dr. Paul will announce his intentions for the fall presidential election" this Wednesday morning at the National Press Club. Furthermore, both Bob Barr and Chuck Baldwin are scheduled to be in attendance, which makes room for the possibility that both drop out, immediately endorse Paul, and allow him to take their spots on the President ballots around the country. This scenario is very unlikely but it sure would be exciting. Another question - why would Ron Paul still have a campaign manager if he were not considering a run for President?
