2nd Amendment Still Valid

The Supreme Court ruled in a 5-4 margin today, that we still have the right to bear arms. I did not know that "the right to keep and bear arms" could mean much else other than what it says - people can have guns. Fortunately for the people in DC and unfortunately for the thugs and criminals, the people of DC can now reassume their Constitutional right to protect themselves.
